The house is located in a quiet area by a
cul-de-sac. Here you will find a very relaxing atmosphere.
The village of Armissan offers an ambiance
of a small southern French town with narrow streets, old walls, an ancient mill
and church built in 1634. It is a village in the “la Clape” area, surrounded by Vineyard, a region dedicated as a nature reserve.
In the rugged limestone landscape of the small mountain range of “la Clape”, you will find a wide variety of beautiful walking
and cycling paths through vineyards and a nature reserve.
It is an ideal area for recreation, family
gatherings, beach, sports, and culture. Also of interest, there are numerous
hiking paths with many historical buildings.
This famous wine-growing district is
inviting and worthy of taking an excursion through the backcountry to view
several “Katharen” castles or the
breathtaking Pyrenees mountains.
Just 8 minutes away is the sea with its’
sandy beaches and the diverse city of
Narbonne, with its’historic old town
and traditional markets. The house is less than one hour drive from the border of Spain and 2 ½ hours from Barcelona, and just a little further, Andorra or Lourdes.
The house is available from May to September.
Occupancy maximum is 6 people. No pets.
